The villa:

The owners were inspired by the project of a foreign architect, with the aim of creating a quality place for family and relaxation.

Ground floor:

Entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, social area consisting of a dining area with a transition to the terrace, a living area with a fireplace and a bar counter, a separate kitchen with an exit to the terrace, which provides an unbeatable view of the forest, a large storage room with a window, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom with bath and shower, bidet and toilet, utility room, guest toilet.

Floor:

A spacious living room with an exit to a large terrace, a bedroom with its own bathroom (bath, sink, toilet), a room with its own terrace, a guest room, a study, a room (at that time used as a storage space, a bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

More than just a house:

Everything, and not only in the house, was chosen with maximum attention to detail with a great sense of design, quality, practicality, and functionality.

All cabinets and walls are custom-made. The house has practical electric blinds on the ground floor controlled by a remote control. Someone obviously thought about the layout of the electrical installation, as there is not a single extension cable in the house. Of course, there is underfloor heating on the ground floor. Thanks to the high-quality construction, air conditioning in this house is not needed at all, as the temperature is maintained even in the summer months. Well, the location of the house itself right under the forest gives the possibility of peaceful living, fresh air, the possibility to watch deers directly from the terrace or from the kitchen in the morning during breakfast. Of course, the fireplace in the living room will give you an exceptional atmosphere in the winter months. Silence everywhere and you can only hear the crackle of wood in the fireplace.

There are always at least two cars in the family, many bicycles, scooters, skis, games... and the house also has a spacious double garage with a practical electric control system. With the possibility of parking for another 2 cars in front of the garage, and at least another 3 cars right next to the entrance gate, which is also remote controlled.

And a small tractor (sold as part of the house), which is already occupied in the garage of the family house, will take care of the maintenance of the driveway in winter or mowing the lawn on the property.

The fact that the house has an integrated alarm, pre-preparation for a camera system, remote control of the entrance gate and garage door I guess does not even need to be emphasized.

Garden:

Quality and efficiency were not spared here either. The construction also completed the swimming pool with dimensions of 5 x 3.5 m, which you can reach from the spacious covered terrace immediately behind the dining room of the house, as well as from the bedroom on the ground floor. All correctly oriented to the south side, which provides a sunny plot throughout the day. Beautiful and well-kept lawn. There are many planted trees, ornamental shrubs and trees on the property, and all this gives this house the right atmosphere.

The location:

By car, you can reach Bratislava in 1 hour and 10 minutes, and the spa town of Piešťany in 20 minutes, following the newly built road around Čertová Peca. And if you need to go to Topoľčany, you can be there in 18 minutes.

In the village there is an excellent pizzeria, a smart butcher with groceries, a municipal office.
